Examples include the input-dependent growth of the=0A execution time. Solving this problem requires the ability to=0A properly model the performance of a program to understand its=0A optimization potential in different scenarios. In this tutorial, we=0A will present a method to automatically generate such models for=0A individual parts of a program from a small set of=0A measurements. We will further introduce a tool that implements our=0A method and teach how to use it in practice. The learning objective=0A of this tutorial is to familiarize the attendees with the ideas=0A behind our modeling approach and to enable them to repeat=0A experiments at home.
