ABSTRACT:

InfiniBand has long been the preferred interconnect for HPC systems and the recent Top500 list proves it with the technology powering more than 50% of the worldwide Exascale systems. The InfiniBand Trade Association is continuing to invest time and resources to enable InfiniBand to deliver efficiency at a large scale.

This session will share the InfiniBand Roadmap, the latest additions to it with the goal of enabling data center managers and architects, system administrators and developers to prepare to deploy the next generation of the specification targeting 200 Gb/s, as well as competitive analysis to other interconnect technologies.
