Tutorials to Cover a Wide Range of Topics

This year's tutorial program features 15 full-day and 26 half-day tutorials, chosen by rigorous peer review from 79 submissions. The program aims to reach attendees at all levels interested in a wide variety of topics, including: new memory technologies; power and energy measurement and modeling; emerging benchmark suites; systems security and management; and a variety of new and improved programming tools; to name just a few!

New for the Tutorials Program this year is online (web-ased) distribution of the material, in addition to the usual USB distribution. Also, we've asked tutorial presenters to prepare, at their option, video previews! We will be collecting and disseminating these videos prior to the close of early registration, so please keep an eye out!

Click here for a listing of the tutorials.

Mentors Needed for SC15 Mentor-Protégé Program

Mentors in the SC15 Mentor-Protégé Program can make a difference in students' SC experiences and in their careers.  If you have previous SC experience, you can sign up by saying "yes" to becoming a mentor when you register for SC15.  Protégés are from the Student Volunteers, HPC for Undergrads, Student Cluster Competition and Doctoral Showcase programs.

Read the Mentor-Protégé web page for more information.

Call for SCinet Contributors!

SCinet is looking for organizations to join or continue to participate in the SCinet Contributors Program and the Scholarship Fund. These programs aim to increase the visibility of contributors that support the innovative and cutting-edge technologies displayed at SC each year and the SCinet volunteers. The SCinet Scholarship Fund offers sponsors an additional opportunity to support both SCinet and IT professionals by donating funds to help volunteers participate in the SCinet effort. If you’re interested in contributing to SCinet, please email: info@scinet.supercomputing.org.
