Event Promotions

Opening Gala Reception

Tutorials Luncheon
The two-day SC Tutorials program offers a variety of short courses on key topics and technologies relevant to high-performance computing, networking, storage and analytics. Awards Ceremony Luncheon

Keynote Speaker Session

Technical Program Breaks
Your company will have an enthusiastic and appreciative audience when you support a Refreshment Break for about 4,000 Technical Program attendees. Poster Reception
The Poster Reception provides an excellent opportunity for short presentations and informal discussions with conference attendees. Students@SC
At SC15, we are transforming student-related programs into Students@SC to bring together the student community at the conference. The goals are to promote diversity, build community among all student programs, and better integrate student attendees into the broader conference. To achieve this, we are seeking support from companies and research organizations for these activities:

Student Cluster Competition
The Student Cluster Competition (SCC) showcases teams of six undergraduate students harnessing the power of current-generation cluster hardware in full view of attendees on the exhibition floor. ). Students@SC Kick-Off Dinner
The Students@SC Kick-Off Dinner will bring together a diverse group of participants from Student Volunteers, Student Cluster Competition, Doctoral Showcase, and the ACM Student Poster Competition. A $5,000 contribution will support about 65 students. Supporters will have the opportunity to give a short overview of their organization and will be given an invitation to the dinner for up to five people to meet and talk with students. Students@SC Dinner with Interesting People on Interesting Topics
The Students@SC Dinner with Interesting People on Interesting Topics will bring together our SC student community with our SC professional community. Tables will be organized along various HPC topics (e.g., scalable architecture, runtime systems, I/O) with 1–2 professionals who work in that area sitting at each table. $5,000 will support about 65 students. Supporting organizations will be invited to interact with students at the tables and will be recognized by signs displayed in the venue. Students@SC Travel Support
Students@SC Travel Support will bring students who would otherwise not be able to attend the conference. It costs about $1,500 to support a single student to attend and participate in one of the student programs. To learn more, contact support.students@info.supercomputing.org

Student-Postdoc Job & Opportunity Fair
Reserve your table at the SC15 Student-Postdoc Job & Opportunity Fair to be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, November 18. Registration fee for exhibitors is $500 for SC15 exhibitors and $1000 for non-exhibitors. As space is very tight in Austin, register as early as possible by requesting a registration form from sc@heiexpo.com.

SCinet Contributors
Created each year for the Conference, SCinet brings to life a very high-capacity network that supports the revolutionary applications and experiments that are a hallmark of the SC Conference. SCinet Scholarships
New for SC15 is the SCinet Scholarship Fund, offering sponsors an opportunity to support both SCinet and IT professionals by donating funds to help volunteers participate in the SCinet effort. Media partnerships
The SC15 conference welcomes working partnerships with media covering high performance computing, networking, Big Data, cloud, storage and analysis. Such partnerships are established with the goal of disseminating conference news, deadlines and other pertinent information, including participation opportunities with the conference to key audiences while helping the media organizations raise awareness of their publications among SC attendees.
